The room was well-maintained with a safe box, minibar, and central heating, all conveniently located in the city centre.

This lakeside hotel had absolutely stunning views. My room included a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and an individual safe. It was based in pretty building in an unbeatable location, on lake. It was close to Yo, where you can have lunch.

The property is clean; beautifully maintained rooms; comfortable bed. Helpful and very attentive staff, they smile all the time;)))

It's great to be in the suite with a view of the town, plus, having a mini-bar, central heating, and a work desk is a bonus.

Our room was super clean and had a spacious bathroom with a great shower. the air conditioning worked really well, keeping us cool and comfortable 😊.

This place is a great value and charming with beautiful Italian-style architecture, in a prime location near the ferry terminal overlooking the lake.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, right in the heart of Verbania, close to the restaurants and just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lake. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Thirdly, the rooms were absolutely stunning, especially the ones with a small balcony and a double bed. And finally, the breakfast served in the morning was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional - we got so much for what we paid! The location of the hotel, right in the heart of Verbania and just opposite the lake, was absolutely perfect. We loved being able to stroll around town and have easy access to all the restaurants and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were lucky enough to have a stunning view from our room with a small balcony. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The only minor improvement that could be made would be adding a kettle or tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the lakeside, which makes for a lovely walk in the mornings. It is also within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Rooms offer a beautiful view of the lake and are reasonably well-furnished.

The service provided by the hotel staff is poor, which takes away from the overall experience.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of town, perfect for our romantic escape. We loved the beautiful view of the lake from our room, which made for some great photos. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome.

Our experience was marred by some negative aspects. the room was extremely outdated and in need of a serious remodel.

Being close to restaurants and with easy access to the heart of Verbania, it's the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even boasting a small balcony with a stunning view. The staff are friendly and provide good service. Plus, the breakfast provided is satisfying and sets you up for the day.

The hotel could benefit from more variety in the breakfast options.
